[AT] Adding electric starter

That photo makes me cringe just looking at it.  We had a bunch of used L's for sale at the Gravely dealership I was working at, and people would use the starter while barefoot.  They would press the starter button with the big toe of their right foot, and hope to keep from drawing blood.
