Check them out when delivered and paint them if necessary.

We have about 30 here at work.  I know of one or two that the roof 
rusted out. If you paint them and put a roof they will last almost 
forever.  We apply a rubber coating on the top of ours.  Use them for 
extra stock room storage, Mobil work shops, dormitories on off shore 
rigs.  ETC.
