I worked in customer's mills there years ago. Beautiful area, As Spencer 
said convenient to the ocean and the mountains plus NASCAR if you are a 
fan.  Some super fishing within a couple hours - river, lake whatever.  
I'm with Charlie - lots of worse places to be.

Worth the look.
