Some might remember I bought this sub compact tractor a few years ago. 
Time had allowed some issues to creep in and with my broken arm this 
year I really could not tackle. Luckily for me the farmer who rents here 
and his FIL were interested in a project as the FIL is now back to being 
somewhat mobile. Rather long list of minor issues plus a couple major 
ones. Total cost for parts was $722 (the most expensive was the 10 gals 
of hydraulic fluid. We discovered that the fuel filter housing (and the 
fuel filter) were changed because of issues. Sad thing is I had this 
tractor at the dealer for fuel system issues and they did not fix that. 
At this point I feel like I have a new tractor mechanically.

Rather than a labor charge the farmer is welcome to use the tractor - it 
actually needs that use. He has a bigger one here but sometimes a small 
one is the right choice.
