[AT] ATTN Spencer, Address Change

I tried to change my email address online, but the site would not accept 
the change.  Keep getting this message:


  Forbidden

You don't have permission to access 
/mailman/options/at/gwaugh at wowway.com on this server.

Can you either help me sort that out, or simply change my email from 
gwaugh at wowway.com to kgwaugh0943 at gmail.com?
