[AT] Drill size for bolt tap question

Probably just cold or hot rolled. If it would have been 4140 or 
something similar, I'd only have started the thread and then get one of 
the youngins to tap it thru. We did use to tap m24 x 3 almost daily. I 
used spiral flute Titex taps at well over $100 ea--that was 15 years 
ago. Used to do some fine thread 1 5/16 in hydraulic ports to.
