I have a MMU which I bought from the Charity Auction back in way back
probably almost 15 years ago. Single front wheel on Propane. Just another
toy.

List now includes:
 Huber road Maintainer
Allis Chalmers CA trike
Allis Chalmers CA wide front
Allis Chalmers D14 newest recruit
John Deere 1010
Kubota L245DT
Caterpillar 425 Backhoe
MMU  with single front wheel 
5 John Deere lawn and Garden tractors 110,  210, 212, LX
Cushman electric 3 wheel truck.

I thought the same thing. Having just got one a month or so ago.
Update, I just got 2 replacement rear tires for it. Now need to find a rim
for it, but need to disassemble to find if existing rim is 15 x 30 or 16 x
30
