ACMOC is your best bet.   I have been a member for several years.

However,  It would be much better to convert the starting motor to an 
electric starter.  I have done this on a D4 and plan to do it on my D2 
and my old D6.  The engine starts much faster with the electric starter 
than it does with the starting motor.   The cost is about the same.   
www.tractorparts.com is a salvage yard in Idaho that has an extensive 
inventory and also experience with Cats.
