[AT] What the H?

I've seen multiple stainess-steel hose clamps rust out and let go, at the
clamp. With those it's only the band that's SS. Most recent time was
about a year ago. My old '97 F-250 was making a loaded run to the town
transfer station. Sitting at idle and chatting with the guys, one of them
points at the ground and there's literally a wave of coolant spreading in
all directions. When the lower radiator hose is spontaneously removed, it
drains REALLY fast. When I repaired that one, I inquired at NAPA if they
had any 100% stainless hose clamps. The guy went into the back room and
after a while he came out with some that were in fact 100% stainless. I
can't recall if they were made in USA.
