[AT] rear rim repair

It looks like the doner rim was a lot different diameter, slots were cut to change the arc, then welded closed.  
That's my guess anyway....

Here is a pic of the repair. I have no idea why the beads of weld going 
crossways the patch. It almost looks like a section was cut out of 
another rim and welded in place. A new hole was drilled for the valve 
stem. Anyway, we've harrowed 22 acres and all is well.
