[AT] Detroit Diesel was gas versus diesel trucks

A B model Mack was my first real truck to drive at the age of 12.  It 
had 3 sticks in the floor plus a pull cable for the lockout diff.  If I 
could only find one today that was not completely rusted out....  That 
Mack was the cause of me having a terminal case of rust fever...
