I have tricked a new fangled battery charger before by putting another
battery in the circuit long enough to get the dead one to start charging.
All you need is a set of jumper cables.

A clue. Make sure they are NOT legal in California and Oregon.
Amazon has a few that appear to be manual. One states they can be used
for electrolysis removing rust from steel. Shumacher brand.
