Herb, that is part of why my ears are ringing right now.
Thankfully I don't have significant hearing loss yet except for
those crickets that never stop singing.

I have no knowledge of experience with diesel engines so I have learned
considerable from the current discussion about diesel engines and their
recent technology.  Also it is good to know that many participants have
satisfied serious needs by using these high performance engines.
Will always remember, probably more than a decade ago, an observation during
a lengthy discussion about diesel engines, "You can tell which truck drivers
have driven the screaming GM Detroit Diesel two cycle engine powered trucks
the longest because they holler 'what' the loudest and the most often".
