I used to have a pair of 250W aircraft landing lights in the bright 
position on my 61 Impala.  Really worked good until a Highway Patrolman 
spotted them.  53 years ago you were not allowed to have overly bright 
head lights.  Too bad that isn't the case now.  Some of these lights are 
really offensive, and dangerous. Just as mine were then as I was informed.
