[AT] Over-running clutch for Ford 3600

My "new tractor," a Ford 3600, has live PTO via a two-stage clutch. Today
I was about to try it out for the first time on the rotary cutter, but
suddenly thought about it and figured the brushhog momentum would push the
tractor if I don't put one of those clutches on there--"live" doesn't mean
"independent" in this case. Correct?

Beautiful day and I wanted to get mowing rather than deal with the
overrunning clutch issue, so I just used the 620 (photo attached). Fun
having more than one tractor. :)
