I have seen a couple of fails like this firsthand. The county ask me if
they could turn a roadgrader around on my property and I told them I
would allow it but I don't recommend it. They said it would be fine and
when the grader went off the road it sunk over it rear wheels. It took
two D8 Cats to pull it out.
