[AT] add on steps for a 4020 Deere

I had a set of those on a 4010. They are really nice. I was only 55 at
the time and I loved them. The only thing I would watch out for is that
the set I had deflected the frame every time I got on the lower step.
(300lbs) I put a brace from the second step to the other side of the
frame and stopped that.
