Our agri-fab unit is used to vacuum manure from the pastures(parasite control).   So it get regular, hard duty.   Other that beefing up a few connection points and putting slime in the tires it has held up to two hard years.   Probably more hours than you would put in 10 years.  Having said that I always thought I could have been a slightly better built unit.  But as I said, it's held up.   So maybe I can't argue with results.


And yes, I use it to attach to the mowing deck and pick up leaves and clippings and it does that well too.
