[AT] OT- Briggs and Stratton valve clearance

That's right Charlie!  I have one on my sprayer and put one on a 
Troy-Bilt roto-tiller to replace that hard starting Tecumseh engine.  I 
have 3 back in the shed still in the box just in case another Briggs or 
other brand gives up the ghost...
