At least on the IH light line trucks (I have a 1972 1310), the line 
ticket is on the back of the glove box.

If it is like mine, I believe there is a clip(s) you can push to allow 
the glove box to pivot out so you can see the back (assuming it has not 
been removed at some point.....).
