[AT] OT Hay truck

My 1991 4700 IHC old Highway dept truck is in need of an oil change.   
It has the DT360 turbocharged engine.  It has 2 oil filters.  My 
questions is: do these filters connect in series or parallel.   There 
are 2 filters listed, a 16 micron and a 24 micron.   The price 
difference is a bunch.  If these are in series, then I would want to put 
the 24 as a primary and the 16 as secondary.  If they are in parallel, 
then I would just bite the bullet and install both as 16 micron.   It 
has not been changed since I bought the truck.   The truck only gets 
about 50 miles a year use...
