[AT] Having a little fun

Mattias, it's unthinkable here if you are employed to do it.
Our occupational hazard laws require the safety gear
but what an individual does at home is pretty much left up to
the individual. Safety gear is recommended by the manufacturers
and the retailers but there is no mechanism to enforce use
by private parties doing their own work.

In Sweden it would be unthinkable to do any actual work with a chainsaw
without that gear. The mesh is the way to go, plastic shields are crap.
