[AT] Torch kit

I have the exact same experience except I have no idea where my original 
purchase receipt went.  I bought my tanks in 1971.  I always get them 
refilled as an exchange.  I have no idea what would happen were I to 
move to a different location and use some other supplier.  That question 
has always been in the back of my mind.
