[AT] Torch kit

I purchased the cutting / welding set from Harbor Freight in 2008 and have
NEVER been sorry of it . I own my bottles as they will pay for themselves
in a few years . Just keep receipts of purchase on bottles . I turn mine in
for full one and never have to worry about inspection of bottles . Also
note , Victor torches and tips interchange with Harbor Freight .
