The Super 55 like most newer Fords, New Hollands, Kubotas, etc. has a
friction disc for the throttle to keep it from moving. Usually these
styles just need to have the bolt in the center tightened. If the
friction material has become soaked with oil or grease, then disassembly
and soaking in brake cleaner or similar materials can help rejuvenate them.
