It might be worth the expense to install one of those systems that feeds 
oil to the turbo after shutdown and at  startup.  When we got the first 
turbo tractor, and it now has over 6000 hrs more,  we were advised to 
idle the tractor about 5 minutes before shutdown.  That 300deg exhaust 
temp may be a good recommendation.
