Here in southern Missouri I have rust problems in the shop. Tools kept 
inside and in a tool box rust, maybe not as fast as anything outside but 
they do rust.  I wipe things down with anti rust compounds but it is a 
never ending battle. Now back in Southern California I had almost no 
rust problems.
