If the U.S Dept of AGRICULTURE would focus strictly on AGRICULTURE, we 
could probably feed more hungry folks, do it cheaper, and put more money 
in the farmer, the processors, and the consumers pocket. I"ll hush now 
before Spencer banishes me to the back 40 to pull weeds in this August heat.
