I got Spencer's post and I understand it very well.  Change  happens no 
matter what we try to do to stop it.  Some change is good, but change 
just for the sake of change is not good.   If it works, don't screw with 
it got me a long way.  Here is a link to Clint Eastwood's view on the 
"pussy generation", and an analogy by Chad Howse, that says it the way 
it really is..  I do not mean this to be political in any sense, but 
when trying to find someone to carry on the treasures I have 
accumulated, I do not  find any younger person willing to put forth the 
effort.
