[AT] MF 471 throttle vs. accelerator

Dad's 4020 has a foot feed, I think it will go higher than the lever. 
However you can pull the knob out on the lever and get more RPMS. We 
actually had two 4020's both were set up like this. Both were set to run 
at the edge of the "red zone" on the tach--basically PTO speed or a 
pinch more. It was forbidden to even think about running any faster. 
Between the 2 tractors they logged over 17,000 hours.
