If that tag had the numbers stamped on it originally and if
you can take it off without destroying it you might be able
to read the numbers on the back side.  It will be a mirror image
but you can figure that out.

Thanks to every one that replied i have tried many of the things to no 
luck, will replace the coil and see what happens. Am having a problem 
with engine  model tag is worn by a line moveing across it for years.
