Ivan maybe the Red Cross or Salvation Army in Chicopee could help?
I don't know how big the town is but if it's fairly small even the Police
Dept. might help get a message to her.

  Mike , thanks but it didnt work . Ive spent a couple hours searching 
tonight .  Best I could come up with is I used english to japanese 
language convertor online and wrote  to her . I do have her address 
,hope I can get ahold of her before I have to write and tell her mom has
