[Ford-ferguson] Camshaft thrust spring

[Dr. Jim Rosen]

How do you install the camshaft thrust spring on the end of the 8N 
camshaft (w/ front-mount distributor)?  What direction does the spring 
go on?  Do you also install the ring (Part #91A6258) or leave that off?
