Thanks!    I actually did not think to get the agriculture department   involved above the local level but I think you may have a great idea there.  I will call this week.

I will definitely keep y'all posted.   We did respond to the suit late in the week with the intent to file a dismissal and a motion to sanction.   Of course this is just the beginning and the wheels turn slow.  Hopefully I'll be on the courts calendar by the end of the year.

PS:   I know very few of you folks are on Facebook, but several of you have shared the link and even thrown money in the pot.  I have responded to each of you individually but want to collectively and publicly thank you again for the awareness you have shared and the donations.  Thank you very much!
