Spencer, my NC agronomist friend suggested contacting the NCDOA in Raleigh 
and ask to speak to their attorney. Apparently they have one on staff? If 
you don't have any luck I can give him a call and get more details.

Try Troxlers office also. When we first began battling deer and all the 
problems shooting them brought with it, I called his office. While he didn't 
return my call, the assistant ag commissioner did. He wasn't really able to 
help but did lend a sympathetic ear and took his time in listening. In the 
end what I wanted done would have to go before the General Assembly. At 
least getting to talk to someone at the top may have helped to get the game 
wardens to cooperate with us.
