[AT] broke hose

I was using the loader on my IH 2504 tractor and popped a hose.The issue is that the hose is crimped to some steel fittings welded to a mounting block. It lines are for the bucket tip function on the loader.
Any ideas on how to get it fixed. I am sure one option is a dealer. Any other ideas??
