Dean after a long search and the help from your PDF file i found the 
problem. It is a spring in the end of the actuator very simple, called a 
brake spring. Found one in NY should have today, and with the rain they 
are calling for may get back together soon so Thank You again. Our local 
JD dealer could not explain it to me or knew about it??   [[The list is 
the best thing i have ever found Thanks Spencer]]
