As far as I know, you cannot post pictures on the email list, period,
regardless of how you reduce them.  We had a discussion on this subject not
long ago, and if I recall correctly, what emerged from that discussion was
that the ATIS Forum is the best place to share pictures.  Since too few
people visit the Forum regularly, you can post a link to your pictures on
the forum, here on the email list, so everybody knows the pictures are out
there.
