 Go to a Tractor Supply and near the new pos gas cans is the conversion spout with vent to fix the new can into a usable piece.

simple minded, no account, short sighted, stump jumping, good for nothing,
foolhardy, bureaucratic leach decided gas cans are better if they don't have
vents??
