Me I am hording all the old fashion gas cans I can get a hold of.

The new ones are only good for drenching you in gas and causing a *&^^ 
fire hazard.  I have had more gas baths since the bureaucrats started 
designing gas cans than in the previous 50 years of my life.

I'm by nature and experience a believer in institutions, and after many
years in the military and then several more now as a civilian employee of
the Air Force I'm convinced the big majority of government workers are
dedicated, conscientious, capable, and sincerely focused on doing the right
thing for the nation.

  

That said, what slack jawed, lame brain, inbred, bone headed, half witted,
simple minded, no account, short sighted, stump jumping, good for nothing,
foolhardy, bureaucratic leach decided gas cans are better if they don't have
vents??
