[AT] problem posting to list.

This occurs whenever a list member includes the list's address in a 
blind carbon copy (BCC) or as part of a group of email addresses that is 
designed to hide the individual members addresses.  In other words, lets 
say you set up a group called "Tractor Friends" but you don't 
necessarily want everyone in the group to know each others addresses.  
So you set it up as a blind group or as "undisclosed recipients".   This 
is that an "implicit destination" means.  This is generally disallowed 
by all mailing lists.   To prevent, add to the AT list name explicitly 
in the "To:" line.
