The Ford 800 series was built in 1954 and 1955. The first number calls out
the series, 800 series. The second number calls out the transmission and
clutch set-up. Yours sounds like it is the 5 speed transmission and the
double stage clutch, hence the 60. Power steering on an 860 was an option.
In 1956, power steering became standard, and horsepower was tweeked a bit.
They changed the model number to 861. You are too far away for me to be
interested, but here in MN, such a tractor, with it's many unknowns, would
bring approx $1000. The last one I acquired had all new rubber and
everything worked. I had to pay $3000 but I could and did drive it home.
