That’s correct. Glad you told us about the trick of using the print button.
It's slower and more cumbersome but at least it works. The only thing I did
that may have fixed it was , assuming you are using explorer, go to tools,
internet options, programs, and made sure explorer was my default browser.
Then it went to working. I don't think it really had anything to do with it
but that is the only adjustment I made. A couple weeks ago I got into
something that is screwing around with how well my computer functions. I'm
getting popups, bogus Window messages, Live mail doesn't work right, etc.
Norton hasn't been able to fix it. Going to have to send the computer to a
tech savy friend to get it cleaned up.

By the way, tried Case IH just now and its still working. Probably  because
I don't need it at the moment!

Point of attempted clarification, what isn't working for me is having the
part breakdown show in the pane more or less in the middle of the screen.  I
believe that was John's original problem that has now fixed itself for him.
The trick of hitting the print button works for me and as far as I have seen
reported here, it seems to work for everyone.

i just tried it with Windows and google chrome browser. hit the print button
and it downloaded the image into a pdf. then clicked on the downloaded file
at the bottom of the browser and the image opened up.

So it worked for me.

I give up. I tried a few different models tonight no luck. Came back and
hour later tried a couple more, no luck. looked around the help menus and
started to send an email. Had to go back and look up a machine so I knew
what to call the section/step it worked to before it quit. Wouldn't you know
it, now it works.

Hi John,
I just tried it for the Super C.  Everything worked the way Jim described.
Does your work IT administrator prohibit downloads?  It could also be a
browser or PDF viewer problem.
I use the Case IH and NH parts sites a lot.
Good luck!
