I'll certainly be checking it good before pulling it down. It appeared the 
core was wet. I'll give it a bath first so I can tell where the problem is 
for certain.

I don't know to much about the 4020 radiators, but do yourself a
favor and check the hoses first.
On my JD a, it makes a mess on the floor and the front tire when
sitting for awhile and cold.
I thought I had a leak, but in talking to a family friend, his a does
the same thing. He said that sometimes when its cold, the metal in the
hoses contracts a bit, causing it to leak. When a person starts it,
and let it warm up, it quits leaking again until cold again.
In the summer it doesn't leak.
