My second tractor when I was a kid was an Oliver HG. It came with a Marvel-schebler carburator. I could not get it to run no matter what. I replaced it with a Tillotson Carburator and it ran fine. It had fully adjustable jets and the MS were fixed. Back then, 60 years ago, a new carb was probably $50.
