Gene, can you still buy carbons for the arc torch? Nobody local seems to 
have them here and
they seem to be obsolete. Maybe I need to move into the 21st century and 
start using an acetylene
  torch for heating and burning metal. That carbon arc torch came with 
the SMith Roles welder
that dad bought in 1973 and it works well but I'm down to my last carbon 
sticks.
