My shop is a converted sheep barn. Concrete block walls with a hay mow. 1 overhead door and 1 walk door with second walk door boarded up. I insulated the trusses with fiberglass batting and covered that with white tile board. Nice and bright and weather tight. I heat it with a 90 plus LP furnace. Keep it set at 42 degrees to keep things from freezing and warm enough to do those quick jobs. May be small, but cozy.
