O.T. - neighbors two year old 22" HU775H walk behind has had several problems; currently the traction system is inoperative. A check of their computer site indicates both above and approx the opposite in that the traction system will not change to neutral so one can easily turn around, etc. Any suggestions/advice appreciated.
