[AT] Need help troubleshooting engine/compressor

That bypass is what allows it to start.  It should also 
relieve the load on the compressor end.

It has the button bypass switch to bypass the safety shutdown switches.  
I wired around these a long time ago because I did not have enough hands 
to operate the switches and the choke.....
