Charlie,

Hope that you got heating issue solved by clearing air lock, etc. 

One other thing that I have not seen posted here is radiator problems. I know of a few newer trucks that have had radiator's plugged that caused overheating. Understand that this is fairly common. Power flush MIGHT help clear this, but sometimes you just need to replace the radiator. 

In old days you could remove a radiator head and "rod out" the core, but with the newer plastic heads machined crimped in place, it is no longer something most can do today.
